Terms of service

Purpose

These terms govern the immigration coordination services provided by Financial Services Luxembourg SARL-S (Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register (RCS) B 213987), under the immigrate.lu brand. They exclude reserved legal acts, handled by the partner law firm CERNO SARL (Cerno Law Firm), RCS Luxembourg B 215456.

Services

Diagnosis, preparation and follow-up of immigration files, interfacing with the Luxembourg authorities. immigrate.lu is bound by an obligation of means, not of result.

Pricing and payment

Consultation: €250 excl. VAT by video conference, €300 excl. VAT on-site. For files, the fee schedule and payment terms are communicated before any engagement.

Right of withdrawal

Applicable terms for consumers are provided before any engagement.

Liability

immigrate.lu does not guarantee that an authorisation will be granted; the decision rests with the competent authorities.

Governing law and jurisdiction

Luxembourg law. Any dispute falls under the competent courts of Luxembourg.
