Terms of service

Purpose

These terms govern the immigration coordination services provided by Financial Services Luxembourg SARL-S (Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register (RCS) B 213987), under the immigrate.lu brand. They exclude reserved legal acts, handled by the partner law firm CERNO SARL (Cerno Law Firm), RCS Luxembourg B 215456.

Services

Diagnosis, preparation and follow-up of immigration files, interfacing with the Luxembourg authorities. immigrate.lu is bound by an obligation of means, not of result.

Pricing and payment

Consultation: €250 excl. VAT by video conference, €300 excl. VAT on-site. For files, the fee schedule and payment terms are communicated before any engagement.

Digital products (preparation packs)

The preparation pack is personalised digital content, supplied as a web page and a PDF file as soon as payment is confirmed. It is indicative information based on dated official sources: it is neither legal advice nor a guarantee of outcome. The price, shown including taxes on the product page before any payment, is a single price paid by card through the payment provider Stripe. Access is given through a personal link sent by e-mail; it must not be shared.

Right of withdrawal

Applicable terms for consumers are provided before any engagement. For digital content supplied immediately, a consumer who expressly requests that immediate supply (tick box before payment) acknowledges losing the right of withdrawal once the content is supplied. If the pack is not delivered to you, you are refunded.

Liability

immigrate.lu does not guarantee that an authorisation will be granted; the decision rests with the competent authorities.

Governing law and jurisdiction

Luxembourg law. Any dispute falls under the competent courts of Luxembourg.
